Per anderyn in this entry.....

Resolved.

On Monday, Sept. 4, I will start giving myself "assignments" each week in each area. On a particular day of the week, I will post my progress for each area, thusly.

Monday -- Meditation, self-affirmation, learning to love myself.
Tuesday -- Decrapulation (Cleaning up, clearing out, general beautification).
Wednesday -- Writing.
Thursday -- Non-computer interests.
Friday -- Career-related learning (technical, training, path).

I'll spend my Saturdays brainstorming ideas for each of the above.

Anyone else care to join us?

I guess I should add you as a friend then, since I started this adult education home schooling thing. Feel free to add me as well. My journal isn't that exciting, but neither is my life, and I like it that way. I do know anderyn if you need a referance.

And I love the decrapulation. That is exactly what I want to do to my office over the weekend.

Consider yourself added (very shortly here). Welcome aboard! I'm sure Twila has explained who I am and how we met...

Yeah, where were you this summer when I needed a schedule for self-improvemnent (especially in the area of decrapulation). You're right though, especially now that I'm taking 6 courses this fall I really need to organize my time. I just wish I could get over this illness so I would have the energy to do so... :p

Hey, I didn't know you at the time. Hope you'll be feeling better soon. Good luck in class.

I wish you luck with these lofty and affirming endeavors! Sounds like a great path to follow.

Say, any idea when you will be headed back up this way? Sorry I missed you last time around, but I thought you'd be back in the near future.

I thought I would be, too. My direction seems to have taken more of an internal support turn, and as such I don't get out all that much anymore. Not that I'm complaining, although it would be nice to see you and everyone else in that area (my goddaughter just had a baby (which would make me what, god-grandfather?), I haven't seen my niece or nephew (or their parents) in God knows how long, etc.). I'll be sure to let you know, though...

I think you are the great-godfather. Aren't you?

Oh, listen! I was going to ask if you and your wife would be interested in going to the Atlanta Botanical Gardens at some point between now and October 31. Niki de St. Phalle, one of my favorite artists has an exhibition there. I would be willing to pay your admission if you would go, take pictures and let me live vicariously through you. ;-) http://www.atlantabotanicalgarden.org/site/events/niki_overview
