I'm starting to think that maybe I'm expecting too much out of this group, and that maybe my time would be better spent doing something else. At the very least I could sit in front of the television and watch how Donald Bellisario develops the characters on "NCIS".
In any event, my TV writing class starts next week. I've already come up with a few ideas for TV shows, some of which I might share with you as time progresses. I'm thinking that maybe I could do the NaNo novel as a made-for-TV movie.
I meet with my client tomorrow to see how well I did on the product certification exam. I know there are a few empty spots in my understanding of the product, which I hope to work out with them. We start at 10:30 in the morning, and finish whenever it's time to go home or the guy gets tired of talking to me. They bring lunch in on Friday, which is why I think we're meeting tomorrow. Hey, free food, my favorite.
Aside from that, I'm just kind of hanging around, wondering what happens next. Something tells me I need a good kick in the ass to get things going. I think I need to deal with some of the residual crap from the old job, and I'm not quite sure how. The phrase "Living well is the best revenge" comes to mind.
