Speaking of mathematical modeling (well we were, sort of), did anyone see Numb3rs on Sunday night? Can you believe that's Rob Morrow, the guy from Northern Exposure? The guy who plays his brother on the show, the brother who does all of the math (played by David Krumholtz), made the remark "Everything is numbers!" Guess he was right.
Speaking of television shows...has anyone seen that Kirstie Alley is doing one for Showtime? Fat or not, she's beautiful, isn't she?
TV's been on John's mind a lot lately. He starts his television writing class this evening. He says he's going to write the episode of CSI: NY that introduces the next series, CSI: Chicago. Or so he thinks it should be. He still thinks quite a bit about his hometown, although when I ask him if he'd want to move back, he says, "What, are you out of your mind?" He has a point. I lived there for a while, and he's right: it's a gorgeous city, but colder than a well-digger's ass during the winter.
Anyway, enough screwing around with this thing...I have to get the kids to school and me to work. The weather here in Detroit hasn't been much better than it's been for some of you further east. It's why I'm considering a move to Vegas. Talk to you all later.

PS John, make sure you teach me about HTML tags?
