It was a real mess here on Saturday, but by 5 PM yesterday you wouldn't have known that we had had an ice storm. What was so amazing was that the birds kept coming to the feeders in the yard. We've got a LOT of birds now...it's driving the cats crazy.
I should take some pictures of the back yard. Last week we had some trees put in, and it looks really good. It's going to be gorgeous out there in about a month. I know this because it's gorgeous out there now.
I go for the second dose of Hepatitis A vaccine tomorrow. I had the first part of it in August when I thought I was on my way to the Philippines. Something tells me to go ahead and have it, because who knows where I might be going in the near future? My appointment is at 8:30 AM, which means I'll have to leave here shortly after 7. Mary said she might come with me, and then we'll go out to breakfast.
Busy day tomorrow. Besides being stuck with a needle, I have writers' group at 7 and my teleclass at 10. Not to mention finishing some work for my certification with the client. I may need to take a nap sometime during the day.
Jay Leno's got "Headlines" tonight. That's always good.
See you tomorrow.
