If I'm not mistaken, there was one President (one of the Adamses?) who delivered his State of the Union as a letter to Congress. There's nothing in the Constitution that says that the President needs to deliver it in person, you know. Why can't he just put it on the web page, with a Powerpoint presentation, and not pre-empt CSI: NY?

Guess I'll read a book, or rewrite my leavebehind for my class.
