I finished with Yoshi at midnight last night, went to bed at a reasonably normal time and slept like an infant. I woke up at 8:30 and felt refreshed for the first time all week. It was tough, but I did what a trainer is supposed to do: I helped him learn the material and made a friend in the process. The most difficult thing about the week was not being able to make eye contact with him. I pick up a lot of visual cues from my students, so it was difficult to see if what I was saying made sense to him. I'm thinking that maybe the next time I do this sort of training, I should do it by videoconference.
Numb3rs is on at 9 this evening, and I'll be time-shifting McBride, so I may use the 10:00 hour constructively. I have been neglecting my writing.
