Our new refrigerator comes tomorrow. Yay. It's a side-by-side with an icemaker and about twice the room that the old one had. I'm psyched. And, it's energy efficient. I feel particularly self-righteous, thank you. Not to mention that I saved a buttload of money on the sales tax.
Good news: The World Series starts Saturday night. Better news: The White Sox are in it. Best news: The Cubs aren't. Ha ha.
I'm in good mood right now. At lunchtime, I was ready to go home and find something else to do for a living, but by the end of the day, I felt vindicated. The guy I'm working with said that he thought I was doing a really great job, given all of the troubles we were having. It's always good to hear that. Sometimes I wonder if I'm out of my mind for being a trainer, then I realize that it's what I'm meant to do.
I've decided that the original CSI isn't one of my favorites; in fact, it's in third place behind Miami and NY, and that none of them is as good as NCIS. I may watch Without A Trace tonight, but I'm not sure if I'll be home in time for Numbers. I should really set up the VCR.
USA Today has a sudoku puzzle every day. Today's was a little too tough for me (I'm still new to it), but at least the paper's not a total waste.
I think I'll relax and watch a little TV before bed.
