There's a place for people who laugh at nothing...

This gets stranger and stranger. In reading Sidney Sheldon's memoir, The Other Side Of Me, I learn that both he and I worked for the same company, Stewart-Warner (they made auto parts until union troubles that started some time before I did and ended some time after I left drove them out of business), albeit 40 years apart. It is a small world.

Had a meeting today with the team, and learned that, if all goes according to plan, the team could be twice the size that it is today by this time next year. Could it be that I'll be getting an offer? Right now, I'm not going to worry about that, but believe me, it's in the back of my mind.

My right ear is nearly back to normal and I'm starting to get hints that the left is soon to follow. Thank heaven.

Pizza for dinner...see you later....
