Incidently... why does crazy hate win?
We got all this hi-tech stuff, and we've got these people who are really good at the counter-insurgentcy stuff [ok, we've got, your guys seem to have dropped the ball a bit there.]

So why does crazy hate win? Why aren't we able to:
a] stop the buggers
b] prevent them recruiting more dupes for their insane jihad.

Why does this counter-survival toxic/viral meme continue to exist?

We've got organizations like the ACLU that seems to think that using any of the technology at our disposal to find the bastards and root them out violates their idea of what the Constitution says, and who have nothing better to do than to go to court and stop the government from carrying out its one legitimate function in the world, keeping people safe from the crazy hateful sons of bitches. And we have a bunch of crazy left wing moonbats that spend all their time thinking that if the government does these sorts of things, then Karl Rove will have won. Don't you read your own friends' page? :)

Oh, you're welcome. Nobody understands better than I do that we have to be careful not to step on the civil liberties of innocent people, but hell, as it stands, my civil liberties are violated every time I get on an airplane. They can take my medicines, my laptop, my iPod, force me to strip, go through my hand baggage...Where's the fucking ACLU then? They were nowhere when the Supreme Court was saying that it's OK for the government to take my property and give it to someone else, but heaven forbid a prisoner of war gets stuck in Gitmo...
