Went to the doctor today. I'm stuck at 308. She's got me doing another cleanse and putting me on a diuretic to try and bring down the swelling in my ankles and whatnot. She also encouraged me to look to living in "NOW", not in the past, not in the future. She said that Eckhardt Tolle was a good source for reading up on this type of thinking. If anyone can make other suggestions, I'm open.
Bad week on the "Back To School" project. Just as at Northwestern, where I cut most of my classes to drink and play pinball, I cut class most of the week. I'm giving myself an incomplete.
I'm going to work on taking the weekend off from everything except constructive pursuits. I'm going to get back to one of them now. Bye.
