I'm getting a little frustrated with this company. I still have no live resources to work with, and I'm running out of prep time. So, I'm being creative: since they use Red Hat Fedora on their servers, I'm installing it on my computer and using it to get my samples.

I got my first paycheck from this job, by the way. It looks big, but then, Washington and Atlanta haven't gotten their "share". Far as I'm concerned, they can wait. (Incidentally, there's one presidential candidate that doesn't think I pay enough in taxes. I think we all know which one that is.)

I've finally recovered from last week's workouts that I can start up again tomorrow. Tomorrow's a runoff election from the primaries, and oddly enough, whoever wins the runoffs tomorrow for US House and State Senate wins the whole thing, so I'm loath to miss it. But, you know, I really don't care.

Read a great book over the weekend, Balsamic Dreams by Joe Queenan. I'd wanted to read it for some time, and the price was right at Barnes and Noble the other day. He basically takes on the entire Baby Boomer generation (I was born right in the middle of it). It's worth reading.

Two and a Half Men is on. Even if it is a rerun, I love it.
