One thing that I did discover was every time that traffic slowed down, invariably an elderly driver with Florida license plates was at the head of the line. Maybe I just noticed it more this trip. At least none of them tried backing up on the Interstate (I saw that on the Florida Turnpike once), although one gentleman (with Tennessee plates, but fitting the general description above) managed to cut across the Interstate on the access road and pull into the left lane (which I was occupying at the time) doing about 40 MPH (that's 64 for you metric types). That was fun.
